Our clinic has two rooms available. Full time preferred, part time may be negotiable.
Room 2 is the smaller room - $750/mo for full time, unfurnished.
Part time is negotiable, preferably no less than 3 days a week at $435/mo. If renting part time, our clinic will utilize the room for acupuncture and will furnish it with a massage table, adjustable-height stool for the practitioner, two chairs and a side table for the client.
The room has built in cabinets and an adjacent sink room with additional storage, great for an esthetician or other practitioner that needs a water source close by. It is cozy and dark with no windows; it's the quietest room in the clinic, which makes it nice for a massage therapist, bodyworker or other calming, meditative practice.

Room 5 is unfurnished, 1.5 rooms, with two windows and two doors (one door can be blocked off if preferred) - full time for $1000. This is perfect for a mental health counsellor, naturopath, chiropractor, or PT since the room as ample space for both an office desk, treatment table, as well as a bit of space to demonstrate exercises or postures to patients.
